Roasted Rooster Chicken & Waffles

Waffle game on!! It’s great to see waffle concept, taken into a new level and given its New Mexico flare. Great attention to detail. Everything from the beautiful, exotic granite counter, to the tic-tac-toe chicken games, chicken, details throughout, the extra clean bathrooms and the Tesla superchargers.

God knows how many hours of sleep i got last night, got a 12 hour shift to do. Came thru to the place expecting nothing but a good coffee to wake me up. I forgot bros name but tall light skin guy recommended me an horchata latte with an extra espresso shot. Tasted it and it was fire, bro got down with it.

Wow! This is by far the best gluten free waffle I’ve ever had. I also enjoyed my latte I love getting a plain latte to taste the coffee and the roast is delicious!! Will be back

Stopped in since it was a convenient eatery while I juiced up the car. I ordered the Lemon Pepper Chicken Sandwich and it was tasty with a little bit more heat in the sauce than I prefer. My husband ordered The Original and was happy with the bun however, the chicken was hard and dry.
