Roasted Coffee House

Bill, the proprietor is friendly and engaging... and he really cares about the quality of coffee! His go-to bean is from Capitol City Coffee Roasters in Gloversville, NY. Besides coffee and teas, Roasted offers excellent local pastries and freshly prepared breakfast sandwiches. Highly recommended!

I am a resident of Sidney, and I had passed by this place way too many times without stopping in to check it out. So yesterday my boyfriend and I decided we would try it. We are both big supporters of local business, but small coffee shops can be hit or miss.

My wife and I frequent this exceptional coffee house at least weekly. Nothing is ever bad and if it's empty or cold (I drink hot coffee exclusively), Bill is quick to fix it. Bill engages each customer new and old, local or out of town, as a friend he hasn't seen in some time.

I stopped in on this rainy day to grab a Latte and sausage egg and cheese Sandwich!! It was delicious 😋. As a Sidney Alumni and supporter of local shops I would come back!! Plus, the owners are super friendly!
