Roasted

I’ve been coming to Roasted Café in Bethlehem since I was a kid, and it’s still one of my favorite spots. Stopped in this past Sunday—free parking nearby (hack 👀). We sat down, ordered, and got our food super fast. I had the Wendy Omelet (absolute fire 🔥) and we also tried the breakfast burrito.

It's always seems difficult to find a breakfast place that doesn't just do the basics. At Roasted they have your basics, but also things I've never seen anywhere else, all of which are seasoned well and have flavor. I left very satisfied and will most defiantly be back when in the area. Lots of delicious vegan options.

Gives New England vibes. The quality of food, the service, the ingredients, etc. All superb. We are repeat customers, and will continue to be. It’s difficult to find a true home cooked breakfast in the valley, but Roasted never fails to impress.

Roasted is definitely my go-to for breakfast! The VIBE is family and comfort food. I absolutely feel at home every visit. The seasons butters, coffees and Pancakes are always an extra bonus. 😋
