Roast'd Coffee - Montclair

I stopped in the other day as I running to CVS. First, the staff was attentive and friendly. Second, I explained the type of coffee I prefer and asked what they would recommend given they don't carry beans from my go-to region. The team member knew the flavor profile right away and made a suggestion...

Ignore the strip mall - this is a hidden gem. Nice staff, chill vibe with great latte (and lots of pour over coffee to explore!). Delicious brownies and chocolate chip cookies, too. Bonus - anyone who likes trains, this is a prime train spotting place, but not so close that it rattles the windows.

Roast’d is my favorite coffee shop! The team is super friendly, they have great pastries, and it’s a solid place to get work done. Most importantly, their coffee is FANTASTIC! If you are a medium to dark roast lover, this place is great. I love the nutty and chocolate nodes in the roast they use: Legender from Brazil.

Hooray! A coffee ☕️ place that’s close to home with plenty of free parking. The pour over approach produces a nice, rich cup of coffee. It takes a little more time yet worth it. They also sell their own beans for which they’re happy to grind for you. Last, they have a selection of baked goods and croissant sandwiches.
