River Road Coffeehouse - On the Square

Amazing coffee spot in Newark! The monthly flavor was butter pecan, and it was delicious! The atmosphere is industrial cute. Plenty of seating as well!

Our absolute favorite local coffee shop! We love the staff at the downtown/on the square location. We will drive in the opposite direction of where we’re going just to go to that one specifically. We go there so much, they know us and are like family now!

This River Road Coffee location is an amazing community coffee house. Tucked in downtown Newark, it’s a great place for food, latte hot or cold, or to sit down and have a great conversation with new or old friends. They have an amazing seating and quick order time.

This coffee shop is a fantastic find! While street parking can be tricky, there’s plenty of parking in the back. Inside, the space is roomy and beautifully designed, with an open layout and lots of seating options-perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. And of course, the coffee was great!
