NASHVILLE COFFEE TOUR #1: My friend and I tour different coffee places around Nashville that are new to me. ☕ We had a good experience overall. It was a well-lit, intimate coffee shop. The bar was a great place to converse and people watch. I had an Americano while my friend had a Latte.
Good new coffee spot in East Nashville. Lots of great potential for this third wave spot serving a variety of great Third Wave roasters from around the States. Vibe is pretty nice with a great art piece on the outside wall. Americano was good as was the latte but the pour art needs some work. Definitely worth a visit.
I ordered a Carmel Latte and it was good in quality and taste. It seemed like the syrup was made from scratch and the quality of the coffee beans were good. It wasn't much parking lot space but it was easy to park. I had a really cool atmosphere chill quiet. They do serve food and the pastries are from dozens.
Great view of Nashville meets excellent coffee. The Market Pour Over and espresso score high and the Espresso Old Fashioned was the highlight! Recommend giving Retrograde a try and the pastries look delicious!
