Republik Coffee Monrovia

The new Republik Coffee does food, too: delicious Dulce de Leche Brioche French Toast with cinnamon whipped cream. Instead of 4 thin bread slices it’s 2 thick ones. Not as sweet as it sounds, which was a good thing. Solid cup of House Blend coffee.

Quick counter order, with drinks coming out at lightening pace. I enjoyed a strawberry latte that surprised me with its perfect blend, and treated myself to a breakfast burrito that came out pipping hot and was wonderfully filling! Outdoor covered seating felt like a casual place to linger and catch up with a friend.

4.5 the best service from a young kid i believe his name was Arv or irv? he is in tje pic, the cooks look hard at work, but i only tried the coffee and pastries, the drink was really good pistachio latte i believe, the pastries were Ummm Just OK they tasted like they are bought some where else and resold, no problem…

Just went for the first time and was very surprised. We thought it was just gonna be another coffee shop in monrovia , but we were pleasantly surprised. Naomi helped us and she was a delight. She was very helpful and knew the menu very well and had great suggestions.
