Refuge is the place to go to enjoy great company over delicious coffee, beer, and wine. I've gone several times since they've opened, and each time I have been blown away with the staff's incredible hospitality and excellent coffee. I'm usually very snobbish when it comes to coffee. Refuge delivers on all counts.
We visited here a few days ago, and the coffee was great and the atmosphere was awesome! My toddler had so much fun in the outdoor area (which had a play scape, swings, and other outdoor toys).
Visiting family while in town and stopped by because the place looked interesting. Boy was it interesting!!! They have a good variety of coffee and beers available! Delicious coffee and pastries intoxicate the whole place it smells incredible!
I've been waiting for this place to open for a while now, as there are not a lot of good options for both good coffee and beer in the San Antonio area. I had high hopes, and this place blew my expectations out of the water!
