I'm just about finished with bag #2 from Republic Roasters and see many more in my future. I love having fresh, high quality coffee so easily accessible here on the east side of the metroplex. Talking with the owner, it's clear coffee is a passion for him and his high standards lead to a great product.
Best cup of coffee I've had in a long time!! I purchased the Brazil Oberon Natural and added a smidge of cinnamon and nutmeg to the beans before I ground them (just because I love cinnamon) and I, honestly, was in heaven! Thomas is also super responsive and pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
When it comes to roasted coffee this one will satisfy your delight like no other. I've tried many different roasted coffees and by far this one has a great taste. He's locally roasted in the Rockwall area. Do you want fresh roasted beans this is the way to go.
