Great medium roast coffee!!! If Frankie is there he is amazing, loves making coffee and people happy. We always hope he is there when we drive up. My husband and I like florentines, which is half coffee half hot chocolate, which we only ask for 1 pump of chocolate syrup to bring sweetness down.
Love that this roaster is conveniently located close to our home. The Barras was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt extremely happy with my purchase. Highly recommend.
I recently started traveling to Longmont for work. Thankfully, Red Silo is directly across from my office. I stopped by several times a week. I’m always graded with a smile and enthusiasm. Along with my coffee being made quickly. The coffee is better than most of its competitors and the food variety is better also.
Wow!!! I am so pleased that Red Silo has taken over this cute drive through. I ordered my husband the Dark Spanish Latte and I got myself the Toasted Marshmallow Horchata and they’re both SO good. No exaggeration. Not to mention the staff was so sweet and welcoming. The menu is super unique.
