Tucked into the quiet charm of Rancho Santa Fe, this little coffee spot feels like it was made for slow mornings and easy afternoons. The setup is simple — white tile, wood accents, a few outdoor tables under umbrellas — but it’s exactly the kind of vibe that makes you want to linger with a good cup in hand.

4.5 stars. Barristas are polite, coffee generally good. I had a cappuccino two different days. It was excellent the first day but bitter the second day... exact the same beans and barrista both days.

Dark Horse Coffee! The cold brew was by far one of the best I’ve found in the area. Service was quick. No indoor seating because it’s a coffee stand but there is a nice patio area. The barista was super friendly and warm and very nice. Definitely worth a stop and an A+ experience!! Easy parking. Prices were normal.

A hidden gem. I stopped here to grab a quick cup of latte. The service was very friendly, and the coffee was perfect. It could have been a bit hotter. I also had a muffin, and it was delicious. They have outside tables to sit at and take care of business or relax.
