This location is spacious! Wi-fi for working, seating for hanging out on main floor or up on the second floor, there is even a closed ‘quiet room’ for studying, that’s visible through glass- so you can still see and be seen.

We hosted an event at Publik Coffee Roasters, and they were phenomenal to work with! Incredible communication leading up to the event, simple and effective AV, and our point of contact Ashlee was amazing! She helped us navigate a few hectic moments at the end of the event with grace and empathy.

Warehouse style coffee place that's all in on roasting green with their large solar panels at the top. Only later I found out they have a whole extra floor with seating. Really stylish place. And very very nice coffee. Selling decaf as well. That's a bonus. And they have some nice pastries too. Scones.

I love Publik. Baristas are consistent with the drinks and even the latte art. The space is beautiful. This review is specifically for their inhouse roasted Columbia Pink Bourbon Natural (Arley Vargas). I bought a bag and been brewing at home on V60. It is easily the best naturals I have ever had. Easy to extract.
