Proton Coffee Roasters

Proton is a great find for anyone looking for a high quality, reliable roaster. I personally enjoy the great classic flavor and full body of their Mexico and the Proton Blend - both as drip/pourover and as espresso. If I want to change it up a little, I’ll go with any of their African selections or the Sumatra.

Great organic coffee. It’s clean and fresh. I picked up locally and the smell filled my car. The cold brew is my absolute favorite! I grind about half a bag at a time and use to brew and for cold brew.
