What customers say
I used to go back and forth between the Patisserie and Corbos for coffee... until Proof moved in. The best thing that could have happened in this area in regards to coffee. The staff are friendly and happily explain the type and origin of the bean currently roasted.
I usually get a traditional cappuccino and they’re always consistently done right. Espresso forward with nice creamy cap, never too much milk. This last time, I noticed a sign while I was waiting that said a percentage of their profits go towards a mental health foundation as well as another nonprofit.
The coffee is well made and you can tell that the beans are quality. The staff is polite and sweet. With rising coffee prices they had to raise their prices but had the courtesy and heart to explain it to their customers.
I got their espresso beans which I loved, they were really fresh. However, it’s not the schist espresso blend, although I am happy with the beans I got, want to try the schist espresso blend too.
