Wow, best coffee I’ve tried in a long time. Love that you can buy both the roasted and green version of a coffee to better understand your home roasting abilities. It’s also awesome that you can select the roast date. Mark is a very knowledgeable and friendly roaster, excited to try more origins!

6 stars. I picked up some Prodigal coffee at the world of coffee expo and ran into Scott. He suggested waiting 4 weeks after the roast date before trying it and I brewed some up after waiting that long. The reward was the most delicious cup I have ever had in my life. I will remember this coffee for decades!
