Every time I come here, it is an experience. You will get education on making coffee, roasting, see the science behind the drinks Nolan makes, meet new people who can end up potentially friends. There is no other place I would go to because there is no where else like Prism.
This place is a must visit. I went to the Foundry Co-work space to work out of while in the Daytona area and found Prism Roastery. Nolan - the owner is not only incredibly friendly and kind but he is also very skilled at making amazing coffee beverages.
This is a great place if you're looking for a meeting spot with a friend or business partner. It can also be a great place to meet new people and network. The coffee is top notch and I love the music and atmosphere. I highly recommend Prism Roastery.
After many recommendations from my coworkers, I finally went today and I wish I went a LOT sooner! Best coffee I’ve had in a long time! I got a cinnamon graham oat milk latte and it’s amazing!
