This place is perfect for a real cup of coffee. What a gem for Rocklin. I love that their menu is simple with clean products not overdone by syrups and sugar. You do not need it because the roast itself is tasty. You can set up at a table and work in peace.
So excited for this new coffee roastery in Rocklin! The atmosphere is so nice, very cute place. We got iced lattes and they were perfect! We will definitely purchase some whole beans for our at home coffee as well. Check this place out!
I visited the coffee shop for an espresso. They served their roasted Ethiopian and Guatemala blend. The espresso was nicely balanced and had not sharp bitterness. It was smooth to drink. It had more darker roast tasted, but was most probably a medium roast. It had more Latin America beans taste than Ethiopian.
Placer Roasting Company is a hidden gem in the foothills! While the area boasts plenty of coffee shops and roasters, this place stands out from the moment you walk through the door.
