After our absolute favourite coffee, Columbia’s San Agustin, became unavailable in Canada I went searching for a new vendor and found Per’La roasters online. Chris, Paul and their team have been great. The freshly roasted coffee arrives promptly every month. It is a morning must for us to have this special coffee.
Beans arrived at my home via (whatever this Post Office calls Priority) and arrived in superb condition. These tiny pea beans are exactly what Ethiopian coffee is supposed to look like. I ground them this morning and used them in my French Press.
