What was already an amazing coffee shop previously (Communion) is now potentially an even better shop. Peregrine Coffee Roasters is a specialty roaster originally from Colorado, but with roots in the D/FW area. They have some BOMB espresso and truly know their stuff.
Absolutely the best coffee I have had in Texas. I had a fantastic single origin pour over that was exactly as they described it. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be returning for a great cup.
this place has the best coffee in colorado and now they are in texas! So excited, highly highly recommend! Thunderbolt is my favorite drink which is espresso and house made lemonade!
