Pax & Beneficia Coffee - Plano

The Turkish Coffee was served properly but (16 gm for two, really?) without the traditional Lokum or Raha. The Turkey Pesto Sandwich had a delightful blend of aioli, cheese, peppers and some greens enveloped by a sliced croissant.

Located in a very small plaza it has its own row of various businesses. I really liked how secluded it was from the busy traffic. I ordered pour over which came in very well presented cups and tray. I really liked the presentation. Service was amazing the staff were friendly.

Yeji was extremely helpful today in recommending which of their coffee blends would work best in making Turkish coffee at home and offered to grind the beans on the spot, specifically the grind they use for Turkish coffee.

Very nice looking coffee shop with both stellar coffee and food! I am a big fan of the Sunshine In a Cup drink which is coffee with lavender, vanilla, and lemon flavors. It has inspired me to add such flavors to my coffee and the combo was very nice, honestly a culinary masterpiece by the barista here. Hats off to you.
