Parks Coffee Roastery & Cafe

This was my first time here and I am so impressed!!! I did burn my tongue on my coffee, but I’ll call that “user error” lol. They roast everything fresh and I think they even do tours here! I had a drip coffee which has free refills which is amazing! Ohhh and the monkey bread was delicious!

If you need a good coffee shop with enough tables to accommodate a work call, playing a card game, or just a unique location that is institutionalizing bean to cup methedology... Parks is it. Also, the team of Baristas are fantastic and thoughtful. Americas brought my wife and I, "two cuties for two cuties.

I had a double espresso and thought it was a really balanced, well extracted flavor. Kudos! Atmosphere is a plus, not too noisy and easy to focus while being relaxed.

As a certified coffee snob I am legally required to be a little more than particular about cafes. So believe me when I say Parks is genuinely great - great service, solid coffee behind the bar, and since you’re drinking in full view of the roasting floor the cafe is a really cool space.
