Best new coffee shop on Adam’s. Their punk and comfy vibe make this shop a great coworker’s dream. The plants and lights give this a relaxing vibe. Parabola roasts their own coffee giving a great fresh taste that is not diluted like most coffee shops. My favorite drink is the oat milk latte.

If you’re looking for seriously excellent coffee, Parábola Coffee Roasting Co. is it. They offer an impressive array of selections, but their Mexican Mocha absolutely stole the show. Every sip was heavenly — rich, perfectly balanced, and just the right touch of spice.

Of all the coffee roasters in San Diego, this one is my favorite. I followed them when they moved from down the street and would keep going if they moved to North County. The beans are always roasted to perfection and they have the friendliest staff. Great place to work from (and stick around d to have a drink at).

This coffee shop is so good! Locally owned and the service and espresso is always consistent and awesome! Lots of seating and a great place to study or hang out with friends. My most recent coffee was made by Maiya and Sophia! They were super nice and made a great latte! Will definitely keep coming back.
