Palomino Coffee Roasters

This was such an awesome find! Officially my favorite coffee shop in Austin! From the moment you step in, so unique, so beautiful, a breath of fresh air. The mix between the plants and the architecture is right on. The bar area so beautiful. But it’s not just pretty, their desire to serve great quality coffee shows!

My husband and I went a few weeks ago before they were officially fully opened. Even though they were still finishing some of the setup the place looked beautiful. They made my husband a pour over and I tried their forest fig latte. Both were great.

Exceptionally beautiful space with a lot of greenery. The coffee is first rate, as indicated by the aromas of roasting coffee. You can see them working on it in the back of the shop. Friendly staff, upbeat energy. One request: up level the roll for the egg sandwich.

Very happy that Palomino have opened a new location which is also very lovely inside. Like the other location, the coffee is good but not excellent and their prices are a bit above average, not surprising given two very well decorated cafes! It was absolutely packed when I went.
