This is my go-to coffee shop in Carrboro! The staff are always so friendly and seem happy to be there. The quality of the espresso and their homemade syrups are also top notch. They are one of the few coffee shops that actually seem to get a latte RIGHT.
Open Eye is hands down the best coffee shop around! The espresso is so rich, flavorful, and smooth. Out of all the espresso I've tried in my life so far, nothing has matched them. It is worth every penny. The atmosphere is great too with lots of art and natural light.
A Carrboro / Chapel Hill classic coffee spot! A must try if you’re in town or a local / college student. Open Eye brews up the best cup of Joe in town. The environment is laid back, with great music pumping, lots of outlets to plug your laptop in, and tons of seating (indoor and out)!
Amazing coffee, amazing people. I've only had great experiences at Open Eye, whether I'm grabbing a quick drink, gathering with friends, or getting some work done. Top notch customer service from all staff, including Anna, Justin, Natalie, and Lee, who are all so friendly and make the tastiest beverages.
