Coffee is important. A blend of art and science. This place takes that responsibility seriously. Their specialty lots and roasting profiles are unique and amazingly balanced. Proper shots. Great atmosphere with plenty of space to chill while you enjoy your cup and conversation. Staff is friendly and skilled.
My favorite coffee bar in Denver. Their pour-over is on point. Nice selection of beans and perfectly executed brew on a v60. And the price is great—better than other coffee bars who charge more. I found the coffee to be consistently great after multiple visits.
If you are a coffee connoisseur this is the place to visit. Service is friendly and their espresso drinks are crafted with perfect ratios and expert presentation. FML that Mocha was good! Curated seasonal menu and coffee bean selection was also top notch. Loved the low-key funk playlist as a bonus.
It is the perfect coffee shop to walk to from Denver Hyatt Regency. I got a latte like I always do. It was a perfect drinking temperature, and the flavor was a light roast. As my sister explained, the light roast tasted like baked yams. I will be returning for some delicious coffee.
