Nomad and Gypsy have it dialed! The Tanzania roast is smooth and mild with superb flavor. I am an amateur using the most basic brewing techniques—so I cannot imagine just how good these beans would be a high-end machine with a trained barista! Give them a try!
Stopped into Nomad & Gypsy Coffee on a road trip and was instantly charmed. An adorable older couple who honestly looked like Santa and Mrs. Claus were running the shop with so much warmth and kindness it felt like walking into a Hallmark movie.
If I could give 10 stars I would! We were traveling through town and stopped for coffee and had an incredible experience. We talked with the owners at length who were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about coffee roasting.
