Noble Coffee Roasters

Noble Coffee Roasters is such a cozy little gem. I popped in not expecting much, just hungry and needing a quick bite—and left already thinking about when I’ll be back. I ordered the grilled cheese and an iced tea, and honestly, that grilled cheese was next level.

On our way to tour the Walkill Watchtower Farms, my wife and I were looking for a quick, easy, and delicious coffee spot, and Noble Coffee Roasters absolutely delivered! It was far from a disappointment.

This place has gluten-free items and they are delicious!!! They have so much to offer for gluten-free items. Also, they have an array of coffees, espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes. You can also get their own coffees creations called “CPC pressed pot.

We arrived at Noble Coffee just 10 minutes before closing, and Robert was incredibly kind, warm, and treated us like family even though they were about to close. We tried the pumpkin latte and their delicious pastries. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend visiting Noble Coffee Roasters.
