Beautiful coffee shop with a good number of tables to hunker down and get work done. Special shoutout to their pour overs! I’ve always been skeptical of coffee tasting notes but I tried the Ethiopian udeyi and I kid you not, it actually tastes like watermelon. Awesome experience!
Newport Coffee House is hands down the best coffee house in Evanston. Their cappuccinos and lattes are fantastic, as well as their pour overs and drip coffee. Their pastries are also excellent and they have gluten free offerings for anyone with dietary restrictions.
Love this place. It has become my go-to cafe to work at after work. I usually get a chai latte (several non-dairy options) and a pastry. Today I had a delicious sweet potato pie. The service is always friendly. The space is bright and modern, which helps with my productivity.
Newport Evanston is such a cool spot. I love the clean, modern design. The coffee was incredible. We spent hours sipping and talking, and it just felt right. Unlike the usual dark coffee houses, Newport is light, bright, and inviting. Service was excellent. Parking was easy. The location is great.
