Pack and the Newbery St. team are showcasing some of the best specialty coffee in Boston, with an emphasis on introducing the masses (and us coffee nerds) to lesser known growing regions (e.g. Thailand, Yunnan), roast profiles, and bean processes.
A rare gem of specialty coffee in the Boston area. Pack sources and roasts every coffee he offers to an excellent degree! This is no surprise as he's a 2 time, 3rd place, winning national champion! The salt bread and other food options are a perfect pairing with all the beverages.
They have a really cute pop up shop serving coffee and salt buns on the weekend. The pour over is the best I've ever had. Really really enjoyed the bacon, egg, and cheese salt bun I had too.
A little amazing pop up ran by one of the coolest baristas/owners! Matcha and pour overs are some of the best Boston had to offer
