I’ve had the Moon Beans coffee but not from this shop. It was from New Moon Cafe. I really wish this place was a full service coffee shop as it would add to the perceived value. As for the coffee, not sure where it is sourced but they have blends and then I think a single origin from Papua New Guinea.
I love this coffee roaster. I’ve been buying beans here for over 15 years, and I’ve loved every bag. The roasts are always consistent, fresh, and carefully done, and I’ve honestly never been disappointed. This is a very small thing, but I wanted to share my thoughts on the new dating system.
By far one of my favorite coffee roasters and I’ve tried a lot across the US. I can pull a prefect shot >95% of the time with their lady Linda blend espresso roast. The consistency is amazing and I haven’t come across very many roasts where almost every shot is freaking perfect.
Best coffee around! Do yourself a favor, get a grinder and take some beans home with you!
