Monsoon Roastery Specialty Coffee Roasters

Nearly 5 years ago I had started a new job in Springfield. On the hunt for a good cup o'joe, my Google search brought me to a curious selection. Monsoon Roastery, located in Gasoline Alley. I thought, that's not far - let's check it out! I headed in and was greeted by the friendliest couple, Andrea and Tim.

This was one of my favorite coffee shops I’ve been to yet! Personality of the place was sooo cute and fun. The people that took my order and made my drink were very sweet and welcoming. The signage was great to “find your way” to the front of the place. I also loved the barrel menus, super easy and no nonsense.

Absolutely one of the best coffee shops in Western Mass. They have the best iced mocha (I get mine with oat milk), not overly sweet, and you can taste the fresh espresso in every sip. And if you’re a true coffeeholic you definitely need to try their shot of expresso, by itself.

A tip from social media said that this was the best coffee in western MA, so I had to make a stop the next time I was driving through Springfield. I stumbled in through the back door by mistake, and came face to face with the roaster, while he was in action on his roasting machinery.
