Mokhaport is a coffee shop featuring Ethiopian and Yemini coffee and teas. They also offer smoothies and food items with a sizable quantity of Halal, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Soy-Free offerings. Mokhaport has an intimate seating area with Wifi and a generous number of electrical outlets.
Stopped in for the first time today. The man behind the counter was very friendly and informative. He was able and willing to accommodate ingredient swaps in the smoothies due to allergies. Everything they make in house, even the coffee is roasted by themselves.
Best coffee I've tried in Atlanta, no exaggeration. I tried both the Yemeni and Ethiopian beans as cortados and you can't hide bad beans in a Cortado. The complexity and notes shone through brightly! Fantastic service and desserts. I would be curious to try them in V60 pourovers as they would work really well!
I visited Mokhaport for the first time today. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He gave me a lot of history about the Yemen, coffee, bean and I love that 95% of their products are made in house. The smoothie I got was also delicious.
