Mint City Coffee Roasting

Without a doubt the best coffee in Lewis County! This was the first place in the local area that provides such quality coffee/roasting that you can drink it black and enjoy it. No need to turn it into a milkshake just to get it down. Though I prefer black coffee or straight espresso, their drinks menu is stellar.

Been here multiple times and think I've had a different drink each time. I've enjoyed all of them (besides maybe the macha one ... but I'm not a macha fan). Wife really enjoys their cardamom drink. I had the peppermint bark one today.

My group showed up twenty minutes before closing, yet they were still happy to serve us. I had heard great things about their cardamom latte, but on recommendation of the batista I ordered a ginger cardamom latte. I really enjoyed it! The interior is sparse, with a sterile in a good way feel.

I've been getting all of my whole bean coffee freshly roasted from Mint City Coffee since shortly after they opened and every single kind they offer is great. It's wonderful to be able to support such a high quality small business in Chehalis!
