What customers say
Minimum Wage Tim’s beans never disappoint. It’s a treat to get a fresh bag of Tim’s choice delivered to my house each month. The details about the beans, their origins, the processes, and the farmers behind it are an added plus if you are a coffee nerd or an aspiring coffee nerd (me) or just someone looking to explore…
The best! I have started my day with a cup of MWTs for a couple years now as part of his rotating bi-weekly subscription program and have gifted more bags than I can count. Family and friends are always pleasantly surprised, whether they are a single origin snob or dark roast drinker.
Tim is certainly one of the best roasters in town- and we have a number of excellent ones. We subscribe and get our coffee delivered. Tim sends an email for each delivery that describes the coffee’s origin, preparation, and flavor notes. He alap includes pictures from the farm and a bio of the farmers.
Minimum Wage Tim’s is hands down my favorite roaster in the cities. Tim’s beans are impeccably smooth- they never miss! Cold brew, aeropress, pour overs, anyway you like it honestly, I’ll even put it through the drip when I’m feeling lazy and it still comes out better than 95 percent of coffee shops around here.
