The quality of Middle Fork Roasters coffee inspired me to start roasting coffee of my own over a year ago. As I was getting started I made contact with a staff member at Middle Fork Roasters through a mutual friend because they have these Colombian beans I really like.
This coffee roaster is amazing! They make damn good coffee. Also, if you want a super cool gift, they can put your photo on the bag of coffee with room for a message on the back. Also Macky gave me a tour and their Coffee Parlor is so adorable for an event or tasting.
I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed this coffee considering I’ve been drinking it for almost ten years , this coffee is as close to perfect as you can get. I drink the full city espresso! Perfect no need to say more. Thanks everyone for your hard work !
Fantastic local coffee roaster. The staff at Middle Fork Roasters are some of the kindest, friendliest people you could hope to meet. I got in touch to ask about getting some burlap sacks for my garden, and Macky was very accommodating in arranging pick-up. Claire met me at the door, and Michael loaded up my car.
