Delicious coffee that has clearly had a lot of thought and passion poured into it. I like my coffee black and both Ethiopian pour over and cold brew are delicious. My wife is in love with the pistachio latte - with oat milk. Service is very quick too. I’ll be back for offerings from Cannelle too.

Killian is a great barista. If you’re anywhere near Meridian Coffee Company, it’s absolutely worth the stop. The coffee here is consistently excellent—especially the espresso, which is rich, smooth, and honestly one of the best I’ve had.
I stopped in here on my way out of town from the Zach Bryan concert because I prefer local coffee shops if I can get them! This coffee is sooo good!! I bought a bag of their medium roast coffee to take home just to try it and I hope I can talk them into shipping me a few bags!
