This coffee shop truly cares about its coffee and drinks. I came here and recently tried their flat white with a double espresso. They even made latte art on top of my drink in a to-go cup, which is a great touch. Their espresso machine is a La Marzocco, which is impressive.
Medina River has both the standard coffee and latte selection, as well as a rotating selection of (single or flight) unique lattes. Has friendly staff and a responsible amount of staying. Delicious food like jalapeño kolaches and home-made carrot cake muffins (pictured).
