Matador Coffee Roasting: A Must-Visit Gem! This local roastery is an absolute find where you can enjoy freshly roasted coffee on-site with incredible hospitality. Sunshine (what a perfect name!) welcomed me with such warmth, along with the rest of the amazing team.
One of our go-to spots for espresso bevs in town. I like their beans a lot as they do have just enough difference in their flavor profile to set themselves apart in a good way without doing anything over the top quirky that makes you wonder why they did that.
Not many places are open for coffee on Thanksgiving in Flagstaff, but Matador Coffee Roasting Company was — and we made it in just before closing. Always great when a barista is professional yet personable. Charlotte, was all and made a great cup of coffee.
They were all very kind. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. The coffee was great. I'm a fan of just straight up hot coffee, and this was really good coffee. I grabbed two bags of whole beans to take back home to Pennsylvania!! Google has the hours wrong. I'm attaching a picture.
