Matador Coffee Roasting Company-89

Driving through Flagstaff we came upon Matador Coffee and decided to stop. The Barista was amazing. She was exceptionally helpful on suggesting different coffee options to drink, told us about the different flavors of beans they had for sale and what they tasted like, and make the entire experience there very pleasant.

Best coffee I've had in months! I bought the Bee's Knees (honey & lavender) coffee drink and it was so delicious! The honey taste was more prominent than the lavender, but the espresso was the real star. A wonderfully strong brew and very hot, which is how I like my coffee.

Friendly staff. Pour over coffee was good. Great selection of beans and desserts are good.

The breakfast sandwich is incredible, but definitely not an eat-in-the-car sandwich! I've never had green chilies on my sandwich before, but I like it! The latte seems a little less espresso-forward that I'm used to, so maybe add an extra shot?
