Macondo Coffee Roasters in Doral is a gem for coffee lovers. I had their latte, which was not only beautifully crafted with latte art but also incredibly rich and smooth in flavor. I also tried the omelet, which was perfectly fluffy and packed with just the right amount of fresh ingredients.
Great vibe and overall atmosphere. Came here after lunch just for my espresso. Ordered a double, which came with a little demi glass of light sparkling water. The espresso had body, very low acidity and chocolate undertones. Nice!
Service is amazing. They roast coffee right in the restaurant. Do yourself a favor. Try that she’s empanada. It is the most amazing thing I’ve ever had. Coffee is crazy. The fried plantains are perfect.
