What customers say
I give five stars to the lost Dutchman coffee roaster. The staff were friendly and cheerful, and our coffee and pastries were excellent. I appreciate that they are an independently-run business in this very cool and artsy segment of downtown Mesa.
Shout out to the bartender at the Mesa art center that sent us over - he’s a real one! We ordered an array of drinks and enjoyed them all. The espresso is made in such a cool espresso machine - you can taste the difference!! Noting that the lemonade is in the sweeter side. This place is so cute and so inviting.
I have seen this coffee house many times and have been wanting to try it. The decor is Southwestern and very Arizona. It's very comfortable and you can easily spend an hour visiting inside of the cafe. They have their own coffee beans for anyone who wants to drink some of their coffee at home.
I love this place and their coffee. They just desperately need more than one person working at all times. As soon as someone comes in to order a smoothie and an espresso drink, then the rest of us are having to wait a longer time for the one barista to make both things.
