Fantastic coffee. Courteous staff. True coffee shop if you want high quality beans roasted in house, great espresso, pour over, and well done “core” menu. It is in a college town so don’t worry they have all the sweetened flavored drink options too and some seasonal drinks as well.
100% the Best coffee shop in Middlebury!! And truly one of my favorites ever. Coffee is always delicious and meticulously prepared by the educated staff. Syrups are made in house and never too sweet. And they offer a variety of local pastries that are to die for. Oh and they roast their own beans. Nuff said :)
A very good coffee shop that does coffee properly. I would even say it is up to Australian standards. They roast the beans on site and have a selection to choose from - most for pour over but also available for espresso drinks. We got the standard espresso bean which was an Ethiopian sidamo washed bean.
Speaking as someone with years of experience developing, training, and coaching cafes and baristas, this place has some excellent coffee. I love espresso, but I understand it is hard to find good espresso. I haven’t had an espresso since I’ve been here in Middlebury, as I can’t make it myself.
