It is nice to have top notch coffee locally. They have a solid drip coffee in both a light and medium roast to choose from. They offer pour over along with a good selection of traditional coffee drinks (espresso, cortado, lattes etc).
My favorite coffee roaster and coffeeshop in Fort Collins! Great coffee, great baristas, and great ambiance ideal for work, a date, meeting up with friends, and last but certainly not least, ideal for enjoying a great cup of coffee and forgetting about the rest.
We got a few bags from a Colorado coffee subscription. Part of the subscription is free drink coupons. We went in and I had a pour over of their microlot and my wife had the matcha special. Both were simply amazing. We also snagged a bag of beans for at home!
Visited on 11/1/25 Allergy care for my friend was excellent. They use a separate steam wand for dairy free milk. This is the first place that has ever mentioned that to her. I had the Isabel African blend on drip- one of the best coffees I’ve tasted.
