I can't say enough good things about Lima Coffee Roasters. I've had a lot of espresso in my life, and the double shot of their Isabel beans is easily some of the best I've ever had. It was incredibly floral with absolutely no bitterness whatsoever—just a perfectly clean and bright shot.

I can’t speak highly enough about how incredible Lima is! Everyone is so sweet, attentive, and kind. I’ve never not been greeted with smiles! Jackson always makes the BEST lattes and is SO accommodating to my needs! They put so much time and effort into their roast and space and it shows.

Spot on specialty coffee in Fort Collins. It’s rare to get perfect espresso, delicious pastries, and nice atmosphere like they do. My cortado was poured artfully and with the right milk texture and temperature in a beautiful glass. Their pastries are from the French creperie ie. a delicious partnership.

Love this place. Lima Coffee Roasters has an awesome atmosphere — super welcoming and a great spot to hang out or get some work done. The staff is always friendly, the service is quick, and the drinks are consistently delicious. You can tell they really care about quality.
