Lil Red Roaster

Absolutely charming staff. I was greeted with such warmth that felt like I was part of the family. They explained how they had just opened up for retail and I explained how I own an espresso machine at home and they talked me through what I might be interested in as far as bold coffees without the bitter after notes.

I’ve tried a lot of coffee, and La Profesora from Lil Red Roaster is easily one of my favorites. It’s incredibly smooth with notes of honey and milk chocolate and just the right nutty finish. It’s the kind of coffee you can drink every day and not get tired of. What really stands out is the consistency and freshness.

I use the Mexico 435 coffee, a very smooth and balanced taste. A standout brew for my machine, it delivers a great cup of coffee, The roast note and strength was spot on for me. If you are looking for a delicious coffee, this is an excellent choice!

I drink Lil Red Eclipse every morning, and that is my favorite roast by Lil Red! Rich & Dark is what I prefer! If you are looking for whole bean coffee options, I highly recommend the eclipse blend!
