If you're looking here. Just go here. The coffee is spectacular. The service was great even after a rush. perfectly pulled espresso shots, and perfectly foamed milk, right temperature and texture. Did specialty coffee for years and their discovery blend espresso instantly put an uncontrollable smile on my face.
I was visiting friends in Santa Rosa and they took me to Land and Water. It's not often you get a latte that is a highlight of a great trip, but it was so smooth and flavorful that I completely forgot to put sugar in it!! When I told my local coffee roaster in Canada about it he said it's the barista!
The cappuccino here was sheer perfection. I wish my morning coffee could always taste like this! I would go just for that. The food was good too, but they wouldn't allow an egg sandwich to be made on a bagel. It had to be on an English muffin even though it's made to order?? That was odd.
Wonderful workers wonderful place. I sat and did an entire PowerPoint while there. Such a friendly staff. Tasty brew too. This cowboy walked in—could have been a movie star.
