I’ve always wanted to visit the Kaldi’s Roastery and do a cupping and tour, which they do on Friday afternoons. I finally was able to attend on in February 2023. It was even more fantastic than I had imagined. They have occupancy for up to 10, and it’s completely free.
Accidentally sent me some grounded beans on my first order. Kaldi's is sending me whole beans to correct the order. Great company with awesome customer service. In the meantime, I brewed some of the grounded Birds and Bees and it was still delicious.
The people at Kaldi's are awesome! They are knowledgeable, friendly and fun to hang out with. I went to a cupping event to try a variety of what they offer and was shocked at how unique the flavors were. If you are looking to learn more about coffee or just want to try actually good coffee, check them out!
I haven’t not visited the Roastery, but need to give Kaldi a 5 star review for their customer service. Over the years we have had a couple of mess ups in our orders, and every time they respond quickly, kindly, and with the customers best interest in mind.
