I am biased, but I think this is the best coffee shop in Midland. The coffee is incredibly balanced and all of the baristas are knowledgeable and consistent in their coffee. The blend on espresso is truly fantastic, rich flavor, not too acidic and timed perfectly, every time.
An instant favorite. The staff is great and their Neighbor's blend beans replaced my Onyx subscription. All of the pastries are lovely but the croissants are especially good. Kafeology has a strong sense of heart and community that was tangible from the first visit.
I fell completely in love with this place! There’s no other way to put it. I ordered a plain cortado, and it was incredibly smooth. I also took home some fresh roasted coffee beans. I was truly missing out!!!!
I’ve been to Kafeology multiple times over the past few weeks since discovering it, and it has quickly become my favorite coffee shop in the Permian Basin. Their pain au chocolat (chocolate croissant) is absolutely incredible — flaky, buttery, crisp, and truly authentic.
