JoVi Coffee Roaster

Had a cool experience at JoVi. Really liked their vibe and they have a lot of offerings for a relatively small roaster. I left with their Ethiopian and I definitely get the tasting notes listed. I hope they continue to grow and add a few different things as they continue to grow.

Got my Jovi yesterday. Bought 4 samples. Columbia Supreme, Honduras, Kenya and Mexico. All medium. Had my first this morning, Columbia. Using French press. 3 small spoons. I typically use dark roast so will use 4 spoons next time . Excellent coffee. Great after taste. Smooth. Will definitely be back.

The absolute best coffee I have ever had! I discovered this place through yelp randomly. I have purchased the Colombia beans 3 times in the last month. The quality of these coffee beans is truly unmatched.

I come in for a lb. of espresso ground Ethiopian once a week and cannot recommend it enough. They grind it right into my canister for me.
