This is a roasting+training facility, just FYI!! Some of the best coffee in the world but don't walk here in the cold like I did.

Awesome morning at the Chicago Food Film Festival Edible Adventure at Intelligentsia Roasting Works. So cool to get a behind the scenes look at the roasting center, although there is no cafe on site.
